Over the span of three generations, Brumond Smith Nursery has been fortunate enough to receive the reputation of being East Central Indiana’s leading provider of landscape plants.

About Us

  • 40+ years of experience and expertise in the industry from Maggie Smith, owner and operator.
    • She oversees each stage of customer installations from design to installation and has a Masters of Landscape Architecture from Ball State University
    • Maggie learned the trade from her grandfather and father, R. Brumond Smith, two of this area’s most respected nurserymen
    • As owner and operator of Brumond Smith Nursery, Maggie prides herself on creating designs that are a palette for the senses by sequencing colors and textures that transform clients' outdoor spaces into custom designed outdoor experiences.
